Vidyanikethan is fortunate to have a regular stream of volunteers from different parts of the world. While some train our staff on specific areas of expertise, others observe our work in order to understand the nature of social or development work. Many others assist our staff in their work. In any case, we try our best to ensure that the association with volunteers is a mutually satisfying experience – one of learning and understanding despite the fact that they come from completely different circumstances. Our volunteers have ranged from support teachers, education specialists, documentarians, web specialists and many others.
